evo jedan stari intervju koji san napravija sa Krison, pa ako koga zanima nek baci oko

cheers!
Hi Kristoffer!
1. Could you describe yourself in a couple words?
Temper-full and kind2. I'll skip the well known band's bio question. Could You instead describe the chemistry between members. What do POS' rehearsals look like?
At this moment we don't rehears as much as we need (actually, we never had *smile*)
Also, I'm living in Holland so mostly the rest of the guys have to rehears without me and I rehears along with the CD's and backing tracks at home.
If rehears all together it mostly goes like this:
A gathering in the cafeteria by the rehearsal room.
A cup of coffee or so and some chatting and updating.
Then we move on to our rehearsal room on the third floor and get things plugged in.
A little jam to get warm and then we rehears old or new songs.
Along the way we usually go down to the café again for a lunch or just rest our ears a bit. 3. Try to define POS' music style in just one world.
Progressive 4. POS has brilliant lead and back vocal lines, how much do other members contribute to that?
Daniel is a true master in making vocal lines and he makes all the lines for the backing vocals as well.
Usually he makes the lines for each person as we all have different characters and ranges on our voices.
5. We noticed Daniel using slap technique and You 're quite good singer - was there a mutual training between the Gildenlow bros?
No, non at all!
He was leading his music life far before I got interested in music seriously.
He was also studying music in another town so I didn't see him that much during my teens.
But he did inspire me and finally I took the step towards music and ended up filling in for the former bass player for one gig... and got stuck. 6. We know the music making process can sometimes be very frustrating, is this the case with POS too? Who's the first one to lose his nervers and who's the funny guy in band?
On "BE", Daniel made all the music at home and came with it on paper.
On earlier albums we've been working out ideas in the rehearsal room.
I don't usually loos my nerves but as I said, I do have a bit of a temper and can sometimes react if things goes a bit slow.
Johan H. and I usually do the stupid things but I tend to go a bit to far sometimes and the rest of the guys call me the band clown from time to time
7. How do side projects influence on POS' work?
Only Daniels work with Flower Kings have sometimes interfered with PoS in ways of timing for tours and gigs but everything has been solved so far without too much problems. For the rest, everything is good promotion and to get our name out to an audience that might not normally know us.
Such as Trance Atlantic or Hammer of the Gods has helped PoS pretty much actually. 8. Why has Daniel Magdic left the band? Where does he play now?
We kind of kicked him out and he left at the same time (no hard feelings and we're still very good friends).
He kind of lost interest for a while and had different ambitions which didn't work for any of us.
It was the best to do at the moment. He's been playing in a band called Codfish while now. 9. You were support for Dream Theater; who arranged that? Is it true that Mike Portnoy wanted POS to play with DT?
We meet up with Mike as we were playing the "Dream Theater Fan Club Convention" in Paris a few years ago.
After that Daniel got even more in touch with him during the Trance Atlantic tour.
It turned out that he liked out music a lot and wanted to have us along with their tour and... Mike's the boss.
After that it was more a quest of contacts and arrangements and we were off. 10. Where is POS' biggest fan base? Where do You most like to play? (besides home

)
Actually we rarely play in Sweden.
Holland has always supported us and they always bring a good crowd.
Lately the Greek fans have showed that they want in and they've given us a very warm welcome. 11. There's yet another masterpiece out (BE), what are band's plans for the future?
Can we expect a tour?
We will go on tour in March 2005.
It will be more of a "we're still alive"-tour than a "BE"-tour.
Mostly because "BE" is very difficult to bring on the road but also because we want to bring the fans the full spectra of PoS.
We haven't toured since we supported DT in 2002 so it's time to show our selves and to prove that we're still on top. 12. What's the deal with The Perfect Element pt.II?
It will be a pretty complex album to complete.
We have ideas on the music and the structure but that's nothing we want to compromise with.
We rather wait until the right opportunity comes along so that we really can give what we want to the fans.
Otherwise we'll be disappointed and the fans get only a glimpse of a very good idea.
But it will come, one day. 13. Was Remedy Lane's conecept completly based on a true story or did Daniel add some fills?
It's pretty much the truth straight off.
Some of the things have to be altered to protect the actual individuals and some to suite better in a musical way. 14. What's Your favourite POS album?
For some reason I have my roots stuck in Entropia.
That album means so much for me, those were the first songs I learned in PoS and our first album and professional recording.
Also the music is very strong and raw in a way. We still play a lot of those songs live as they all are very great to play. 15. Here's a question for each member:
- Daniel: Many people consider You to be from an another planet, what do You have to say about that?
So, they finally figured it out, did they? Well, they still have to figure out which planet... If the truth is revealed I am sad to say that I must eliminate you all. - Kristoffer: Tell us something about that funny cap from Inside video
I guess it's the Whinny the Pooh hat that I once had on a gig with DT.
It was just for fun but only lasted for a few seconds before it flew off. - Johan L.: How long is Your beard now?
About 7,5 cm (3 Inches) - Johan H.: How much can You lift on bench?
I have no idea but I´ll try to make a proper lift in the next few days! - Fredrik: Tell us something funny on Swedish
När små tulpaner i mossa, rodna och blossa, krävs inga stora ord...16. Not many people from Croatia knows about POS. How much do You know about Croatia? Whould You consider playing here?
I'm pretty bad in theoretical geographic and learn more by travelling (which I love).
I'd love to come and play the Croatia so when the opportunity comes, we'll be there. 17. And a message to devoted Croatian fans for the end.
I hope that we will get that opportunity and be able to come and see you all.
Hang in there!
Peace! Thank You Kristoffer, hope to meet You soon!
Yes, likewise!
